Race car - Chassie
Chrome molybden steel tube frame with the suspension bolted firmly without springs
or shockers. The tube frame chassis allows a certain amount of flexing like a go-kart, this
allows better control for Dragracing cars with very much engine power.
The large balloon like rear tires are also serving as a cushion. The engine
and transmission are also mounted in a rigid
fashion to make the very strong engine stay in place.
The wheel base is 125" and the rear engine plate is located 65"
from the rear wheel centre line
Safety is a strong issue and the roll cage is well dimensioned to protect the
drivers body and head.
