Race reports 2007 - Sundsvall Raceway - August 18-19

The second home track visit of the year at  Sundsvall Raceway for Pritona Racing this year. This event is a test and exhibition race for the team, but an important opportunity to run in front of home town fans. The old car was used since the new chassis car previously run by Martin Lundkvist, was still in the repair shop after the incident in June on the same track when Kjell hit the concrete wall, bending and wrecking the front suspension.

The old car behaved well going straight as an arrow, without tendencies to stride in any direction. New parts was tested with new gear ratios in the transmission being the major one. That will change the behaviour of the car, taking some test and tune to get things in order, with the finals at St Pod Raceway in September 7 - 9 coming up it was a necessity.
